Powered by a single Fenix ARB-LP3000 Li-polymer battery pack or four AA batteries, the headlamp features a separate battery case on its rear that is outfitted with a USB Type-C charging port. With a maximum runtime of 300 hours on the lowest setting and beam visibility of 853 feet, the HP16R is ideal for activities such as mountaineering, searching, and hiking.
